Through feeling our full spectrum of emotions, breathing deeply and ‘tapping into’ acceptance of ‘what is’ in every moment, we gain access to our emotional intelligence, bringing clarity, confidence and rapid self-healing in profoundly simple, powerful and lasting ways.
As we begin accepting all parts of our Selves, we tap into a wealth of energy, begin to trust our in-tuition using our emotional guidance system, and life becomes much more fun and filled with ease. With yoga, Emotional Freedom Techniques, aroma therapy, Compassionate Breathwork, medicine of movement, stretching, meditations and sound, lasting healing is experienced. Dear Community, As a facilitator of Transformative Energy work (in my case, Conscious Breathwork) I've been interested for a long time in this Emotional Freedom Technique as a possible aid in the part of my work involving DEEP emotional & physical release, and especially in the subsequent,extremely important mental and emotional re-programming that goes on. A few days ago I was Graced to receive a private EFT session from Michaeloha. In one hour I released many emotional beliefs/charges held in my case from my teen-age years & parental interactions.
